Active Ingredients: Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1 g (1000 mg) containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 600 mg as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 360 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 240 mg.

Directions
Adults - Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
